WorkshopLive.com, the online music community for students, teachers and performers, is searching for an outgoing and charismatic spokesperson.
WorkshopLive is hosting a public casting call for actors who can portray an 18-25 year-old music enthusiast. Each person will have 2-3 minutes to read from a teleprompter and play a favorite guitar lick for a panel of judges. The event will be held tomorrow, during Pittsfield’s popular 3rd Thursday.
WorkshopLive.com plans to add several instrument and style-specific communities to their site so whether the applicant is a metal god, punk chick or even a jazz head they want to talk with you.
Ideal candidates will:
• have previous acting, reporting or hosting experience
• have the ability to read from a teleprompter
• have original content to contribute
• have picked up a guitar recently or has always wanted to learn.
