Young Arts Interns Share Their Berkshire Experiences

The MCLA BHIP interns at the Backtalk with the BHIPs; a discussion between the students and area creative leaders.

Monday, August 11th, Berkshire Creative hosted Backtalk with the BHIPs (Berkshire Hills Internship Program) at the Ferrin Gallery in Pittsfield, MA. The interns shared their views of the Berkshires, the region’s creative economy and their experiences interning at a variety of Berkshire County creative venues.
Their insights offer a unique view of Berkshire County as seen through the eyes of young individuals invested in the arts, from around the corner and across the country. We invite and encourage you to watch and listen to what they have to say.

(FYI three fabulous interns are presently looking for jobs in our county!)

Contact Berkshire Cultural Resource Center for more informations! (413) 664-8718. Special thanks to Leslie Ferrin and Ferrin Gallery for providing a venue in which to hold this event, and The Red Lion Inn for providing refreshments. Special thanks to the BHIPs, as well, for all of their hard work this summer. We wish them best of luck in their future endeavors.
