Fee:
$50 total –Payable to the Red Cross of Berkshire County
20% gross sales to The Colonial Theatre
Set Up:
In the lobby 3-4:30pm
We may sell before, during and after(approx. time Act 1: 1 Hr 15 minutes; Act 2: 50 minutes)
Tables (6’ and 8’ available) will be provided clothed and skirted
Four (4) tables will have access to electricity

The Red Cross is placing an ad in the Berkshire Eagle (we may be mentioned by name or products)

MASS MoCA’s inaugural Shop HARDWARE Holiday Party!
December 11th from 5-9pm
An evening of legendary MASS MoCA fun is in store for vendors and shoppers alike. MASS MoCA galleries will be open to all attendees. There will be complimentary appetizers passed and a cash bar. We’ve offered a free MASS MoCA gift to the first fifty people who RSVP to the event.
Prizes will be awarded to lucky shoppers throughout the night. Lickety Split, The MASS MoCA Café will be open during our event and Café Latino on the MASS MoCA campus will be open and serving food and drinks before, during and after our event.
The fee for exhibiting is $25.00 plus (!) one item that will serve as a raffle prize at points throughout the evening. This vendor fee includes a 6’ table and two chairs in our lobby exhibition space.
The event has been included in all MASS MoCA promotions between November 17 and December 11, as well as during MASS MoCA events in November and early December. It will also be included in print advertising leading up to the event.
To secure your space, please indicate in an email to: jjoseph@massmoca.org, and send a $25.00 check made out to: MASS MoCA. Checks should be sent attn: Jodi Joseph / HARDWARE 1040 MASS MoCA Way, North Adams, MA 01247. Vendor info, set-up instructions and more will be forwarded upon receipt of your admission fee.
