Paul Carter, owner of Clickbasics will lead a discussion on how small businesses evaluate their websites, implement changes and measure the results. Paul says, “Whether you’re planning a new website or upgrading an existing one, it’s never too late to step back from the trees and see the woods.”
Steve Fogel, Program Director of Berkshire Enterprises says, “Developing a website is only half the battle. Once it is finished businesses have to measure what is happening and modify the sites to get the results they are looking for.” The forum will include a discussion by participants of their experiences with their own websites and other people’s, to determine what works and what does not. Participants can then use what they have learned to improve the sites they have or are planning.
The forum is aimed at owners and managers of small businesses and those who support small businesses. The forums include an active discussion of techniques that work and can be implemented easily. A light breakfast is included.
