ECLIPSE MILL 3RD ANNUAL BERKSHIRE SALON: Call for Artists
The Berkshire Salon is an annual unjuried exhibition hosted by the Eclipse Mill Gallery. This year’s exhibition dates are May 21 to June 20, 2010. The salon is open to participation by all Berkshires-area artists who are at least 21 years of age. Artists will be accepted into the exhibition in the order in which their applications are received, up to the limit of available space.

The Summer Training Institute provides young actors the opportunity to immerse themselves in Shakespeare six days a week for nearly five weeks, on S&Co.’s thirty-acre campus in historic downtown Lenox. S&Co.’s renowned faculty, including Company artists and longtime veterans of the Training Program, lead participants through a comprehensive tour of the methodologies at the heart of S&Co.’s performance aesthetic.

BERKSHIRE ARTS FESTIVAL: Call for Berkshire Artists

Richard Rothbard the founder of the 9th Berkshires Arts Festival is opening the lower lodge this July 4th weekend for the first Insiders Art Fair Gallery Show. The lower lodge will be transformed into a white walled gallery that will feature only artists residing in the berkshires. This will be the 9th year for the artist festival which is held at Ski Butternut and features 165 juried artists from across the country. Attendance is around 8,000 for the three day show.

ARTIST’S RESOURCE TRUST (A.R.T) FUND: Call for Grant Applications (Individuals)

Grants awarded to professional New England visual artists in painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography or mixed media who have a financial need. Awards range from $1,500 to $10,000 and may be applied toward any expense that may enhance the artist’s ability to create his/her work.
ARTIST’S RESOURCE TRUST (A.R.T) FUND: Call for Grant Applications (Organizations)

1:1 Matching grants ranging from $3,000 to $10,000 for Nonprofit organizations that wish to commission new
